BAR SPIAGGIA – NEW CATERING PROPOSAL

With the entrepreneurial bar/restaurant idea “Alla Spiaggia – nuova proposta di ristorazione“ I wanted to expand the culinary offerings by providing customers with new proposals and new products. During the 2023 fiscal year, it became evident that the existing kitchen space was not sufficient to meet customer demands. Several times, especially from May to October, the needs of tourists and locals could not be met promptly and qualitatively. Therefore, I decided to expand the existing kitchen and acquire new equipment.

Thanks to the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 of the Autonomous Province of Trento, and to Operation 19.2.1 “implementation of interventions within the LAG Trentino Orientale strategy,” through Action 6.4 sub. B “support for investment in the creation and development of activities” which contributes to achieving the objectives of focus area 6B “Stimulating local development in rural areas” it was possible to create the new website, purchase all the equipment and furniture to form the new kitchen, activate the air extraction system (hood) and purchase a dishwasher.
Thanks to these investments, it was possible to facilitate the company’s work to meet customer demands.

Amount in euros of the grant awarded or paid equal to Euro 75,359.80 (42.980% as EAFRD share equal to Euro 32,389.64 ; 39.914% as State share equal to Euro 30,079.11 ; 17.106% as PAT share equal to Euro 12,891.05).
